1) Return & Exchange Process

2) Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

    • You received the wrong product
    • Your order was canceled before shipping
  • Refunds are not applicable on customized, altered, or sale products.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
