1) Return & Exchange Process

- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive the product, our team will conduct a quality check before approving the return or exchange.
2) Refunds
- Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- You received a defective or damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- Your order was canceled before shipping
- Refunds are not applicable on customized, altered, or sale products.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
